Sue is so reliable and helpful, it's like taking an expert with you. When things happen (and they will), she quickly finds great options quickly. More than once I thought I was stranded by a cancelled flight or some emergency would come up where plans needed to be changed. She gets its done. She knows me and my family and what we will like.
