From the beginning of our trip, it went very smoothly. We had no trouble printing our boarding passes at the Mpls/St. Paul Airport. Clearing Customs & Immigration in Mexico went very quickly with minimal delay due to the large crowd. Our private shuttle was waiting for us and we were taken directly to the front door of the Riu Palace Mexico.
Manual greeted us in English and the entire staff was friendly and courteous. We checked in immediately, but had a couple hours delay in getting into our rooms. The wrist band provided at check-in allowed us full access so we didn't waste much time indoors.
I would definitely recommend Michelle at Travel Leaders. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking and scheduling process. Definitely an PLUS for travel to Mexico.

We have worked with Michelle for our family vacations and she is wonderful! If you would like to have a stress-free, well-planned vacation, I recommend Michelle at Travel Leaders.
We have done two types of vacations - Disney and a beach vacation, and she is so well versed on Disney that we enjoyed every minute without worrying about anything. Additionally, we just returned from a family beach vacation and it was equally well planned and we enjoyed it very much.

Michelle is exceptional. Made the whole process very easy to do especially when trying to book a large group of people. We hit a few bumps on the trip which was nothing she could control and she was right there to help. Definitely will be using her for our future trips!
